XCMS Online / XCMS online: parameters for GC ion trap?
Dear community,

I'm trying to do feature extraction on my py-GC/MS data, but unfortunately, XCMS online does not seem to have preset parameters for GC-Ion Trap. I have a hard time to find out which could be the good settings. Anyone with experience present? Suggestions?
