I need to have median peak area for something and was wondering if the results file we can download upon running data has that information? If not, is there a way for me to obtain that information?

XCMS Online displays the mean feature intensity for each group (= mean peak area, if "into" is used for the statistics).
You can calculate the median of the feature intensities in e.g. Excel using the diffreport or results.tsv table.
