Hi, I checked the statistics part of XCMS online, it seems it does not support the mutiple comparisons correction, does it? Or, can I do a post-analysis, say Bonferroni or Benjamini correction, or FDR calculation, somewhere in the XCMS-online workflow? thanks!
Hi, I have some data collected on the Waters Premium QTOF system with MSE mode. I'm wondering if XCMS can analyze this type of data. Does it recognize and isolate MSMS peaks for a given parent ion for structural characterization? Just out of curiosity, does XCMS also support the latest SWATH data format from ABsciex and AIF data from Thermo's Orbitrap system? Thanks! 8-) SunSun
