XCMS Online / How can I convert the METLINID into CID or cas No.?
I analyzed my GC-MS data on XCMS online and got thousands of molecules. I want to upload this result to other online software to run biofunctional analyse. But most of them don't support molecule name or METLINID, but CID(from pubchem) or CAS No. How can I covert them?
