Dear Friends! I am using XCMS on line for plant metabolomics (GM woody plants, Aspen and Birch). I have no problems with my GC-MS (single Q) data. However, I cannot choose suitable parameters for analysis of UPLC-MS data with triple Q (Waters Xevo TQ MS Acquity system). Every time I am receiving information about error.
