Is there some way to make the cloud plot without using the XCMS online? I am using the R package, because my data are too large to upload to the server. Repeating the analysis in order to get smaller filesizes would be an option, but if there is some other way, I will greatly appreciate it.

I've just put some quick code up over at viewtopic.php?f=8&t=463 (http://www.metabolomics-forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=463) It's not quite a cloud plot but close could have a go at modifying it.
