I'm trying to convert a Sciex file (.wiff2) into an mzXML file (for further import into MATLAB) with MSConvert of Proteowizard.
Apparently, the conversion is performed very quickly (the green bar is full immediately after I click the starting button) but I never obtain the output file.
Does anyone know what happen?
