Inputting deconvoluted data into XCMS

Hi,

I have some deconvoluted protein mass spec data and would like to feed this data into XCMS directly.  The goal is to identify full proteins, and not just charge states, which are changing in abundance between two samples.

Is this possible?

Thanks.

Yes, that is possible, assuming that your deconvoluted data is in the proper format (mzXML, mzData, mzML, cdf).
