Title: Convert qgd files from shimadzu into mzXML

Dear all,
does anyone knows how to convert a qgd file from a shimadzu GC/MS into a mzXML file.

can't the vendor software convert to CDF ?

I have no experience with shimadzu but googling suggest your only chance may be this: http://www.openchrom.net/plugins/converter/shimadzu/ (http://www.openchrom.net/plugins/converter/shimadzu/)
Together with this: http://www.openchrom.net/plugins/converter/netcdf/ (http://www.openchrom.net/plugins/converter/netcdf/)

 Saving as .cdf was possible using the vendor software.

@Jan
openchrom would also work, but firstly I wanted to try without contacting our IT-department to install new software.
