MS-DIAL / Pos/Neg Switching on Orbitrap

I am running a pos/neg switching LC-MS only method on the orbitrap. Is it possible to handle such files in MS-DIAL? Any trick - if I specify positive and then negative will it extract on the + and - methods (I hope)? Any helps - including if this impossible - would be great.
