Title: peak areas and intensities are much lower than when looking at them in SCIEXOS

When processing WIFF2 files from Sciex Instruments in MSDIAL the peak areas and intensities are much lower than when looking at them in SCIEXOS. Does anyone know the reason? Cheers. Cagakan
