How did you convert the files?
See http://metabolomics-forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=191 (http://metabolomics-forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=191) and viewtopic.php?f=26&t=359&p=1694 (http://www.metabolomics-forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=359&p=1694).

Thanks for reply.
I have converted CDF files using Xcalibar file converter tools.
How can I check integrity of file conversion.

Maybe run them through msconvert as described here: http://metabolomics-forum.com/viewtopic ... aa5af76370 (http://metabolomics-forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=191&sid=3f8388bd79dbcfb287ce31aa5af76370)

From the error message it seems Xcalibar inserts scans with time 0.
