CAMERA / Removing multiple annotations (MS data processing)
I am actually working on description of the molecular content of plant extracts.
I have discovered your tool CAMERA to annotate MS data prior to formulate mass hypothesis. Is it possible to get informations about your approach to establish rules and score. I would like to know if you could give me informations about the score you use to sort the mass hypothesis obtained in order to remove multiple annotations for one feature as the scoring function is mentionned but not detailed in the article CAMERA, an integrated strategy for compound spectra extraction and annotation of LC-MS data sets of 2012 from Analytical Chemistry.
