Metabolite Identification Interest Group / Metabolite identification from Ion trap...
Hey Everybody

I have done an untarget metabolic profiling. I have obtained nice results. Now it comes problem how to identify the metabolites. I have done my experiment on ion trap GCMS. I was wondering can anybody help me out to identifying the metabolites? Is anybody there who is willing to do some collboration on the subject: Metabolite identification?

I do not know if you can help me out. However, I am looking for an easy to go extraction protocol for metabolome of semen/seminal fluid for GCMS analyze. I have looked around for quit some time. I do not know where to begin etc. I want to set up for clinical application ...
