METLIN / Downloading .csv from Metlins' batch search
I frequently use Metlin's batch search to obtain metabolite identities from my m/z values generated by the mass spec. I used to download the .csv file and then search those metabolites' cas and kegg IDs in IMPaLA for pathways enrichment analysis. However, the download button is no longer available from a Metlin batch search. Is there any other way to download the metlin batch search results? Thank you for your time.
