Hi,

We work in such a manner and i found no problems processing my raw files in MS-DIAL. Once that you select the polarity mode then it goes in that way and then you can continue with the other polarity mode. Just be careful to be very clear with your naming both in projects and alignments.

I faced a similar issue some weeks ago (after a Windows update from our IT department). Did you check that you have English as the OS language?
