XCMS / Wilcoxon Test
Dear all,
For some reasons i have to perform a wilcoxon test instead of student-t test. If i understood well, the package multtest is able to do it...But i can't figure how to modify the xcmsSet object to be readable by mt.teststat(myXcmsSetobject, classlabel, test="wilcoxon",nonpara="y"). For classlabel if I specify the sampclass of the XcmsSetobject it doesn't work so i think it's the main problem.
I hope I am clear enough...

Many thanks in advance for your help !

XCMS / EIC color
Hi everyone,
One simple question : Is it possible to choose the color of the EICs generated with GetEIC ?
Because i have multiple classes of samples and i plot EICs for every class and one comes in yellow which is an eyes killer!

Many thanks for your help!

XCMS / About multi-cores use
Hi,

Im wondering how XCMS can use all the cores available on my computer.
During an XCMS processing, only the peak picking step seems to be able to use several cores (thanks to nSlaves). In my case, the 'slow' step is the retention time correction (obiwarp method) and it seems that it use only one core to do the calculation. Assuming that obiwarp compares the center sample to sample 1, then to sample2...etc i'm wondering if it's possible to use all the cores of my CPU?

If it's already implemented (sorry for this post!) what is (are) the parameter(s) to add to the command line?

Thank you for any precision,

Best regards,

Musca
