Hello, I want to ask how I can find the internal standard using MS-DIAL. I try to construct both .msp and .txt files about the Precursor m/z and the information which was necessary for identification. But I can find the metabolite (internal standard) in my data.
Hi, I have been tried to import my analyze files into MS-Dial(ver.4.7) many times, but it always shows the same error messages(shown below) to me. I use the same parameter, same files with my colleague, but I can't import the files into MS-Dial while my colleague can. I have tried download the MS-Dial again and again, or use the older version(4.6). But the same problem still occur. Appreciate any help that anyone can provide.
