Data Analysis Interest Group / Development help of MZmine
Recently I am using an open source software MZmine (http://mzmine.sourceforge.net/) for processing LC-MS/MS data. It can help me calculate the element formula, but I found it does not allow selection of individual isotopes. I want to make a improvement with this, but I am totally new for programming, so is anybody familiar with the programming based on Java (this software is based on Java and the code is open access)? Thank you very much!
