Thanks for your reply. Based on the 'file type' dropbox from the software, seems like Shimadzu LCD (LCMS) and QGD (GCMS) should be supported. There is no problem with the LCD file. But QGD files are not shown for selection. So, I thought this could be a bug.
There seems to be an issue in detecting the presence of shimadzu qgd (GCMS data). At the moment, these files still need to be converted to cdf to load into MS-DIAL. Hope you'll look into this bug.
