Vendor specific software / Can't find peak areas for certain samples [Compound Discoverer 3.3.1]
I've been using Compound Discoverer for my analysis and I've encountered a problem where the program doesn't quantify a peak area in the result table and leaves it blank. When I examined these peaks in Xcalibur, I found that they are legitimate peaks and are very similar to other peaks that Compound Discoverer did annotate.
What could have resulted in these peaks missing from the results table? These peaks have high intensity and a classical peak shape so I can't see a reason for them to be filtered out. Is there a known issue regarding that?
