Hello,
I have a error when use the XCMS online, the error message is "OBIWARP retention time correction failed. Please try using the "peakgroups" retention time correction method or turning of retention time correction." I was using the HPLC-Q-TOF method, and some of my data passed the correction and complete but some just showed the error message as above. Does anybody know why this happened and how to solve this problem? Thanks a lot.
