I used Progenesis at my lab for metabolic and lipid profiling. I know that Metlin no longer allow exporting csv for import into other software. The team at Nonlinear Waters who wrote Progenesis said that they have updated their software to accept Metlin database as a plugin, but that might involve some sort of license from Scripps. Does anyone know how to go about getting Metlin into Progenesis?
