Title: Feature suggestion: correlation column in the alignment table
Post by: romanas chaleckis on November 27, 2019, 07:34:10 AM
Hiroshi and MS-DIAL developers,
would it be possible to include the correlation column in the alignment table?
It was already included in 2.94 developmental version (screenshot attached). It is helpful to find in-source fragments as well as actually correlating metabolites.

Hi Romanas-san,

actually, we will add the utility in next update. Since the MS-DIAL hackathon will be held on the beginning of December, the next release day is the end of December or the beginning of new year!

Hi Hiroshi and Romanas,

Could you please tell me how is the correct way to interpretate the correlation column? If I sort the columns by RT, the correlation value is between two consecutive metabolites?

Kind regards
