Title: how to select NAGlySer as available lipid class in MS Dial 4
Post by: chemyumen on February 20, 2020, 05:56:09 AM
Dear MS Dial developer,

In the recently published paper, 'MS-DIAL 4: accelerating lipidomics using an MS/MS, CCS, and retention time atlas', 117 lipid subclasses were made available for lipid identification. NAGlySer is one of them and it's a good news for me since it's quite abundant in the bacteria I study. The problem is I can't seem to find it in 'identification' tab. Any suggestion on how to find and select it?

Regards

Shuai

Dear Shuai:

I will activate newly added lipid subclasses described in the BioRxiv reprint at the next update of MS-DIAL. I am now planning to post the new version of MS-DIAL on the beginning of March. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Hi Hiroshi,

Thanks for the reply and great effort to keep improving the software. I downloaded  the new release this month and I can see the new lipid class now.
