Hello everyone,
I am trying to open a QTOF file from Shimadzu in negative DIA mode on MS-Dial and the file is not opening at all or showing me only one metabolite corresponding to one single precursor ion and no MS/MS info.
Positive mode files are opening just fine (I am belgian and I had to change the language of my OS to make it work).
Finally, I tried to open the same negative file on another computer in my lab and it worked perfectly!
Does anyone have any tip of what could be wrong with my computer?

Please retry all processing after the language settings were appropriately changed to English.
