Title: Which data formats are supported by IBFconverter?
Post by: QizhiSu on June 26, 2020, 01:36:46 AM
Hi everyone,
I obtained ion mobility data from Waters Vion instrument, but all data is managed by .uep format. I can now export data by MSconvert. But .XML file is not supported by IBFconverter. Does anybody know which data formats are supported by IBFconverter?

all the best,
Sukis

Hi Hiroshi,
mzML files works for ibfconverter, but the converted files seemed not be well deconvoluted by MS-DIAL as I mentioned in another topic http://www.metabolomics-forum.com/index.php?topic=1497.0.

Hi Hiroshi,

I don't know if MS levels are correct or not because the converted file is too big (3.3GB) to open by Notepad++.
