After running my data through MSDIAL and finding reasonable Peak IDs (-2 or integers in the 1000s), I exported the Peak ID matrix from the Alignment Results. For some reason, once they are exported every single Peak ID shows up as a -1 value. I have tried changing multiple parameters, but nothing has worked so far. Has anyone experienced this problem and know how to fix it?
