I have been trying to find information on whether I need a commercial license to use MS-DIAL and associated software in industry. Does anyone know the answer and/or who to contact about this?

You can actually check the licenses at the webpage.
Anyway, the MS-DIAL package is licensed by CC-BY-SA. You can use the program in industry for the commercial use as well with the description of MS-DIAL credit when you distribute the metabolomics/lipidomics results to the customers.
