I was wondering if anyone know the difference between "MS/MS matched" and "MS/MS assigned" in the peak table produced by MS-DIAL. Thanks in advance!
MS/MS matched means that the peak is annotated by the MS/MS spectrum. The MS/MS assigned means that an MS/MS spectrum is assigned to the precursor ion peak.
