I am exporting deconvoluted GC-EI spectra for peaks that include retention time index from MS-DIAL to MS-FINDER for automatic peak annotation. If I save the spectra table directly in MS-DIAL then the RETENTIONINDEX appears. However, it seems that the RETENTIONINDEX line is lost when processing in MS-FINDER and save to msp. I was wondering if there is a way to include the retention index when I export to msp in MS-FINDER?
