Hi all,
I want to convert Tims tof pro data file (*.d) into IBF. When I tried to convert it it generates the files but the size of the file is 1 kB, which means the conversion did not go correctly. Do I need any additional data file processing from Bruker software? or any other ways to solve this problem?
Please install compassxtract before the conversion.
