Post by: g0079 on October 21, 2021, 02:35:38 AM
Hello Dear MSCleanR developer:

When I tried to do feature filtration using MSCleanR to refine my ion mobility data of Agilent 6560, an error named Unable to assign a vector of size 4.0 Gb occurred, and only the following files, as shown in the picture, were generated. Do you konw how to fix this error? Thanks a lot.

Ethan

Hi,
Maybe it is better to report issues in the MScleanR github page. https://github.com/eMetaboHUB/MS-CleanR

Best regards,
Sukis
