Dear users of MS-DIAL,

I uploaded the current stable version of MS-DIAL program today.

I am very sorry for this year's late action, but I hope that you can enjoy your sciences with the functions in MS-DIAL.

Is there a change log somewhere that can be accessed? If not, what changed from 4.70 --> 4.80?

I downloaded the last version of Msdial I wanted to run it but it does not work.... I am on windows 8 knowing that I downloaded the netframwork but without success
someone has an idea why it doesn't work
