MSDIAL version 4.80 windows
.raw file
MSP positive mode file downloaded from the website

The problem is
I converted the .raw files with abf converter
14 files
5 QC files, 1 blank and 9 samples
After I start with processing the data, I get the following messages attached.

Hi,
Maybe you can try to analyze the .raw files directly without prior conversion to .abf.

The .raw files and the abf files are in the folder and when I click browse I only get to choose the abf files to work on.

you can only drag and drop the .raw files but not select them.

Hi,

You can chose another file format to load when clicking on the arrow on the right of "ABF file" (see screenshot attached). It is making things super easy, and no need to convert the data anymore.
