I'm currently using a Waters X2-GS UPLC-QTof and I'm tempted to add the SONAR acquisition mode to my system. It's essentially a SWATH acquisition with a different name and I'm wondering if MS-DIAL can cope with the data files it produces (I don't like Progenesis QI and I want to use MS-DIAL...). As I wasn't able to find SONAR studies on common repositories (e.g. Metabolights or MassIVE) I couldn't test the compatibility - Any help?
