Title: p-value in ion table
Post by: armstr54 on May 27, 2022, 03:09:31 PM
Hi! :)

I ran some samples to try to identify metabolites of some compounds. In order to obtain data, I selected only blanks and relevant samples in the file property setting to compare a triplicate of samples to a triplicate of blanks. I then opened the ion table. There is a column in the ion table that gives an ANOVA p-value. The p-values for some of my samples were much higher than levels expected for significance. I am wondering if this is typical. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
Abbey
