Thanks Hiroshi for the continued development on MS-DIAL. Recently I downloaded the alpha version 5.06 and imported some raw data acquired in DIA mode by a Shimadzu QTOF-9030 (.lcd). Unlike the previous versions, it is not possible to upload an experiment file when SWATH-MS option is selected (Section 2.1 in the tutorial). Without this option it is impossible to visualize and match MSE spectra for this data. Find attached a couple of slides for a better visualization of the problem.

I hope that the information provided would be helpful to correct this error, otherwise, please provide me with a way to properly upload these files in the new version.

I recommend you to try the newest version. I'm using Waters MSe files and it works fine.
