We are trying to use MS-DIAL to analyse MS/MS data generated from a Waters Xevo G2-XS in DESI mode. We have converted the RAW file using ABFconverter directly and also going through an intermediate mzML using MSconvert irst. In either instances MS-DIAL does not like the resulting file format as it indicates there is no MS1 peak.
Any suggestion on how to proceed? Should we re-format the RAW file, or convert to mzML with certain specific parameters?
