Hello,

I am trying to analyze some data from a HPLC ESI iontrap MS (bruker); as the established parameter are for Q-TOF equipment, which values could you recommend me for my experiment.

Are you talking about the XCMS analysis or the metaXCMS part ?
There is a IonTrap parameter set on XCMS Online that you can use as a template for the XCMS analysis.
For metaXCMS you can simply reduce the m/z deviation according to the accuracy of your instrument (+ some tolerance for alignment).
