Hi everyone,
I am trying to use MetaXCMS and have installed it successfully. I am able to upload the XCMS data successfully. But the 'continue' button after uploading the data is grayed out and can't proceed ahead. Hence , I am stuck at this point.
Not sure what you are trying to do: You only loaded one experiment. metaXCMS is used to compare multiple experiments.
