The function diffreport () is very easy and quick to generate diffreport, EICs, BoxPlots of a xcmsSet.
But when we doing normalization to the data, the results of t-test may be changed. How to generate diffreport according to the normalized data? But I can't find the parameter to set normalized data of the diffreport function. Could anyone help me?
