I'm having problems with choosing the best parameter for the feature detection. I'm using data from a UPLC Q-ToF, and start doing a gradient using acetonitrile as the mobile phase, recently I´m started using methanol instead, which increased the baseline of my TIC. Because of that, I'm find many features which were actually only baseline (image above). Anyone have any suggestions to solve this problem?
I tryed to increase the treshold cutoff, however some important features have low concentration.
