Hi, I'm new to XCMS Online. I submitted several LC-MS samples, however continue to get the following error messages:
2015-12-29 17:41:06 : Only 1 sample in class 1 ?
2015-12-29 17:41:06 : Only 1 sample in class 2 ?
2015-12-29 17:41:08 : Statistics (t-test, FDR) could not be calculated. At least two samples per group are needed !
As a result I only get the results table without the statistics. Any help or advice would be very appreciated.

Problem solved. To perform the necessary statistical tests one has to upload at least two samples for each of the two datasets.
