Title: File check and TICs failed

Hi there,

What is your best advice for dealing with this error message: "File check and TICs failed" when doing a pairwise job using XCMS Online?  This happened for me on this job: pair_2016-03-24_10:02

Did you ever resolve this issue? I am having the same issue and have tried several different things and keep getting the same error.

Try using MS-DIAL
http://prime.psc.riken.jp/Metabolomics_Software/MS-DIAL/

If you click on the red error message it will give you more information about the error itself, Most likely it is an MD5sum error, on XCMS onlines FAQs it details what to check on your uploaded files.

Just checking if there has been a solution to this. I have 500GB+ worth of data that is uploaded on XCMS online but unable to do anything with it. Once I post the job just after 5% progress I get the same error. FAQs do not seem to point in the right direction. Tried their resolution but nothing has changed.
