Metabolite identification from Ion trap...

Hey Everybody

I have done an untarget metabolic profiling. I have obtained nice results. Now it comes problem how to identify the metabolites. I have done my experiment on ion trap GCMS. I was wondering can anybody help me out to identifying the metabolites? Is anybody there who is willing to do some collboration on the subject: Metabolite identification?

What kind of compounds are you interested in?
