XCMS plus / XCMS online Metlin hit missing in tsv. report

Hi

I'm new to the forum and couldn't find a related subject so far. I use XCMS plus (also tried the same data in XCMS online). Although I get Metlin results in my results table - in the exported data (annotated tsv. file) the Metlin column is empty. It would save quite a lot of time to have these tentative results exported. From other posts I had the impression that this is typically working?
Does anymore have an idea of the problem? Thanks!
