Re: Median Peak Area Reply #1 – August 10, 2011, 11:15:32 AM XCMS Online displays the mean feature intensity for each group (= mean peak area, if "into" is used for the statistics).You can calculate the median of the feature intensities in e.g. Excel using the diffreport or results.tsv table.
