Nothing happens when I try to load new dataset

I am a new user having trouble to upload data into XCMS online. When I select load new dataset, nothing happens and even no error message.

Any help is appreciated.

That said the XCMS online people don't seem to frequent this forum so you might have better luck contacting them directly.
