To understand peak detection settings in Nominal mass GC/MS

Dears

I really appreciate if someone could explain what is the meaning of these settings and what is the best values to use when using Agilent GC/MS 5975 base metabolomics.

For the first question, see https://mtbinfo-team.github.io/mtbinfo.github.io/MS-DIAL/tutorial#chapter-2.
Attached is the mathematical explanation explained in the section.

For peak count filter, for example, if you set 50% in the parameter and if you import 10 biological samples in msdial project, the aligned spot where the mass ion signal was detected in only 4 or less biological samples will be excluded from the alignment result.

Thanks,
